2. Products & Services
suits.me offers custom and ready-to-wear menswear, including suits, shirts, trousers, and accessories. Product images are for illustration purposes; actual colors and fabrics may vary slightly. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order placement.
4. Custom Orders
Custom-made garments are produced to your specifications and are non-refundable. We guarantee fit satisfaction and offer complimentary alterations on all custom orders. Production times are estimates and may vary.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. suits.me is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns & Exchanges
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 30 days in unworn condition with original tags. Custom items are excluded from returns but eligible for complimentary alterations. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the suits.me website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of suits.me and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
suits.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
